- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program
- CST (Surgical Tech) certification
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Must have knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field set-up as well as laser equipment use and maintenance.
