Role Overview

Key Responsibilities- Deliver inclusive, patient-centered therapy in outpatient settings
- Assess patients and create tailored care plans
- Leverage tech tools and data to inform treatment
- Document evaluations and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and clinic culture
- Degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a PT
- Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact
