Nova Moon Strategies™ is expanding our clinical team and seeking compassionate, reliable, and highly engaged Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Florida Registered Interns, and qualified Master's-Level Therapists to provide community-based behavioural health and family services.

We specialise in working with children, adolescents, adults, caregivers and families experiencing complex behavioural, emotional, parenting and family‑system challenges. Many of the families we serve are involved with Florida's child welfare/dependency system or are receiving preventive services designed to strengthen family functioning and reduce the risk of disruption or removal.

This is not traditional office‑based therapy.

Our clinicians work with families where life actually happens — in homes, schools, libraries, parks, community settings and through telehealth when clinically appropriate.

A session may involve providing individual therapy to an adolescent, facilitating family therapy between a caregiver and child, coaching a parent through a difficult routine, modelling healthier communication, helping a family establish structure and boundaries or practising regulation and behavioural strategies in the environment where the challenges occur.

We are looking for clinicians who believe meaningful change requires more than conversation — it requires connection skill development modelling practice and collaboration with the entire family system.

Ideal candidates will hold a master's degree in a behavioural health or related clinical discipline and meet one of the applicable professional qualification pathways for the services they provide.

We are especially interested in:

LMHC LCSW LMFT or other appropriately licensed behavioural health professionals.

RMHCI RCSWI RMFTI or other applicable active Florida registered‑intern credentials with appropriate qualified supervision.

Master's‑level professionals whose education experience and credentials meet applicable programme and contracting requirements.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently in community settings while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical team.

We are seeking clinicians who can commit to a minimum of approximately 15 direct client‑contact/billable hours per week with opportunities to build a larger caseload based on availability geographic coverage referral volume and performance.

Because many children and families are available after school or work,
afternoon evening availability is highly valued. Some weekend availability is also helpful.

Clinicians must be comfortable travelling within their assigned service area and providing services in clients' homes and community settings.
