The Clinical Dietitian is a full-time, on-site role located in Riverview, FL, responsible for providing evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to patients in a healthcare setting. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients’ nutritional status, developing individualized care plans, and documenting interventions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The Clinical Dietitian collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals and improve clinical outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include providing nutritional counseling and education to patients, caregivers, and staff, participating in quality initiatives, and providing enteral and parenteral nutrition. The role also involves staying current with practice guidelines, supporting community and patient wellness activities, and promoting Morrison Healthcare’s commitment to the Power of Food.

• Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current evidence-based practice in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Human Nutrition to assess, diagnose, and treat nutrition-related conditions.
• Proficiency in patient-centered communication and education tailored to diverse populations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida, as required.
• Experience in acute care or clinical healthcare settings, with familiarity in electronic health records and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload on-site.
• Commitment to patient safety, cultural competence, continuous learning, and adherence to regulatory and professional standards.
• Experience in pediatric nutrition/NICU is a plus
