Candidate must have 3-5 plus years of current Florida title closing experience and also have a current Florida Title Agents license. A current Florida notary is also required.
We are searching for an energetic, customer-service-driven title professional who will focus on delivering top-notch service to their clients. The candidate must be able to work a file from A-to-Z and will be responsible for processing, clearing any title issues, and preparing settlement statements. The candidate will also physically close deals.
Salary is negotiable and based upon experience, but should range from $70,000-$85,000 yr plus bonus
