General Manager - O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill is seeking a talented General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations and ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority.

• Oversee daily front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage financial reports and utilize P&L statements to maintain a profitable business
• Source, hire, and continually develop team members through training and coaching
• Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices
• Implement tactics and strategies to grow sales and promote the brand
• Schedule routine or emergency maintenance as needed

• Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of financial management and ability to utilize P&L statements
• Understanding of HR laws and best practices
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must close the store 4 nights a week
• High school degree or equivalent
