Job Description:

* Up to $10K Sign on Bonus (if eligible)

* Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.

* Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.

Education:

* Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

Field of Study:

* in Nursing within 3 years

Work Experience:

* 2+ years acute care nursing experience [Required]

* 2+ years of experience providing leadership of care team or equivalent (i.e. team leader, clinical nurse coordinator) [Preferred]

Licenses and

Certifications:

* Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

* Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

Pay Range:

$33.99 - $63.22
