Job Description- Up to $10K Sign on Bonus (if eligible)
- Up to $10K Relocation Bonus (if eligible)
- Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.
- Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns and contribute meaningfully. Promotes evidence‑based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
- Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.
- Prepares the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.
- Manages nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
- Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance.
- Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care.
- Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Thorough understanding of hospital policies, procedures and legal aspects of acute care nursing [Required]
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [Required]
- Basic computer skills, including experience with an Electronic Health Record [Required]
- Five or more years of current clinical experience [Preferred]
- Cerner documentation [Preferred]
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- In Nursing
- 5+ current clinical [Preferred]
- 5+ hospital experience [Preferred]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
- Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) [Preferred]
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) [Preferred]

Pay Range$33.99 - $63.22
