+ Onsite not a remote position

+ Collects and analyzes clinical data across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, identifying trends and supporting accreditation efforts.

+ Leads program development and evaluation for digestive health initiatives, including assessment, implementation, and modification of care pathways.

+ Assesses complex digestive health patient cases, performs concurrent medical record reviews, and communicates findings to leadership for quality improvement. Serves as a single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, coordinating follow-up services and addressing barriers to care.

+ Conducts preventive health chart reviews, arranges patient education, and facilitates communication between patients and clinical teams.

+ Develops and implements evidence-based programs and workshops based on quality data and clinical needs, including emergency interventions and staff education.

+ Participates in research activities, communicates regulatory updates, and serves as a resource for evidence-based practice and meaningful use requirements. Leads protocol development and evaluation efforts, recommending structural or process changes to improve care quality and reduce costs.

+ Maintains subject matter expertise, models professionalism, and supports staff education and mentoring across interdisciplinary teams.

+ Honors patient rights, practices compassionate communication, and promotes a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork.

+ Demonstrates accountability, complies with institutional policies and regulations, and actively participates in meetings, development programs, and performance improvement initiatives.

* + 2+ years of clinical experience in a specialized area, such as surgery, digestive health within a healthcare setting. [Required]

+ 3 Years of clinical experience in a specialized area, such as surgery, digestive health platform or data collection within a healthcare setting. [Preferred]

** Licenses and

Certifications:

* + Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
