The pay range for this position is $16 to $18 per hour/commission.

• Provide various services including window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, directly serving customers.
• Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, doing a walkthrough, asking for a review, and making additional service recommendations.
• Maintain equipment by keeping everything clean and in working order.

• You are not afraid of heights (climbing ladders sometimes 20 feet or higher).
• You enjoy interacting with people (need to have conversations with every customer).
• You prefer working outside (almost all our work is outdoors).
• No college degree required; we value relevant experience, skills, and a strong work ethic.
• No high school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience or practical knowledge considered.
• Individuals returning to the workforce after a gap (e.g., parental leave, career break) encouraged to apply.
