Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
  • Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
  • Fulfill Member Fax‑n‑Pull and Click‑n‑Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Member arrival, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback.
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.

Additional Compensation
  • Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, adjusted to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage at the job location.
  • Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
