• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members.
• Assist with account decisions, build membership levels, encourage renewals, and communicate credit‑card program types and application processes.
• Promote the value of Sam’s Club products and services.
• Provide customer/member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products and services, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the area of responsibility: clean and organize the gas‑station/car‑wash area, ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise and supplies, identify shrink and damages, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers, organize and maintain the facility following company procedures, use equipment properly, and retain required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using proper procedures for different payment types.
• Operate and maintain gas‑station/car‑wash area equipment and provide products and services to customers in accordance with company policies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00, with premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
