Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and you’ll be a key player in maintaining sanitary conditions and ensuring our products are ready for our members. When you work in the deli department, you’ll provide frontline customer service, contributing to a positive shopping experience. You’ll keep shelves stocked, temperature‑controlled, and displays clean, while following our food‑handling, safety, and cold‑chain protocols.

• Ensuring high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members
• Keeping shelves clean, managing temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality foods
• Packaging ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stocking displays
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area
• Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies and procedures, such as handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Follows Company policies and procedures related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise, cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and reporting issues to Management.

• The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
