Jenn Ross miller State Farm is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on sales and helping customers with insurance and financial products.

• Sales and Customer Acquisition:
  Engage with potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend tailored insurance and financial products.
• Lead Generation:
  Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Consultative Selling:
  Conduct in-depth consultations, identify coverage needs, and present suitable solutions clearly.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Build lasting relationships, provide ongoing support, and address inquiries or concerns.

  Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales targets.

  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred, but a genuine passion for sales and determination to succeed is welcome.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
