The RoleAs a Project Consultant
, you will sell residential and commercial repaint projects while protecting margins and representing the PAINT CORPS brand at a high level.
You’ll run appointments, present clear options, follow up relentlessly, and close deals.
This is an in‑person role. No remote work. No work‑from‑home.
What You’ll Do- Follow the PAINT CORPS proven sales process and pricing structure
- Close 40%+ of issued appointments
- Produce $1M+ in annual sales
- Sell residential projects using our package system
- Sell larger commercial and specialty projects using custom pricing
- Deliver confident, professional presentations in homes and businesses
- Generate at least 30% of your own opportunities through outreach, networking, and canvassing
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure clean handoffs and strong execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use company systems
- Represent PAINT CORPS at events, home shows, trade shows, and community functions
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the PAINT CORPS uniform
- Show up energized, prepared, and accountable every day
- High‑energy, competitive salespeople

- Disciplined professionals who follow systems and processes
- Comfortable with commission‑only income and performance expectations
- Prior in‑home, B2B, or service‑based sales experience preferred

Training Period (First 60 Days)
- Weekly training pay
- Non‑repayable training pay
- All sales tracked and banked for commission eligibility
Post‑Training (Day 61+)
- 100% commission‑based
- Weekly recoverable draw (advance against commissions)
Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually.
Vehicle & Schedule- Fuel card provided for business travel
- Company vehicle required once issued
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (or later based on appointments)
