How You’ll Make an Impact- Respond to inbound sales calls nationwide and meet key performance standards
- Offer bundled internet, mobile, telephone, and video solutions while educating customers about Spectrum’s products and billing
- Present tailored sales proposals and maximize opportunities to sell additional services
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Work with support teams to complete sales and resolve customer inquiries
- Evaluate client locations for service feasibility and coordinate construction estimates
- Stay informed on competitors to effectively position Spectrum’s offerings
- Work is performed in a call center environment with a variable schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays, however most of our agents work Monday through Friday
Required Qualifications Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in business-to-business sales
- Or 2+ years of college education, associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
- Proven professional sales performance
- Knowledge of cable communications products like video, data, and voice
- Bilingual
- Spanish
- Associates degree or higher in a related field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related)
- 2+ years sales experience with Voice, Data and Video solutions for small or mid-sized businesses
- 2+ years of call center sales experience in business-to-business or telecommunications
