Ready to make waves in a job that actually makes a difference?Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, driven Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to help families enroll in life-saving swim lessons. You’ll work with warm leads only (that’s right — no cold calling!) and help parents say “yes” to safer swimmers.
What You’ll Do- Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment
- Follow up on warm leads and confidently close registrations
- Work with a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfortable with multi-line phones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
- Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- 18+ years old
- $18.50/hour + monthly incentives
- Set schedule: 2 evening shifts (Monday and Wednesday) + Saturday morning
- A fun, supportive team culture
