Inside Sales Representative

Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, driven Inside Sales Representative to help families enroll in life‑saving swim lessons. You’ll work with warm leads only (that’s right — no cold calling!) and help parents say “yes” to safer swimmers.

• Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment
• Follow up on warm leads and confidently close registrations
• Work with a positive, high‑energy team that celebrates wins together

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable with multi‑line phones
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
• Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• 18+ years old

• $18.50/hour + monthly incentives
• Must be available to work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day.
