Experienced Finish Dozer Operator

The Kearney Companies is a family-owned civil site and underground utilities contractor based in Riverview, FL. With over 65 years of experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality services across a variety of construction projects. We are a 6-day-a-week operation, with most of our field employees averaging 50-56 hours per week.

We are currently looking for Experienced Dozer Operators to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of verifiable experience operating bulldozers or excavators (trackhoes), we want to hear from you!

• Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to perform construction and earthmoving tasks
• Follow job site plans and instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to maintain smooth project flow
• Maintain a high level of safety by following all site-specific protocols and regulations
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions
• Adhere to project timelines and site requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating bulldozers or excavators (trackhoes) is required
• All applicants will be required to pass a field test to demonstrate proficiency
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to job sites (within a 50-mile radius of Riverview, FL)
• Must be able to relocate to Riverview, FL before starting work (if not already located in the area)
