Concrete Foreman

The Kearney Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. Having 2+ years in construction is preferred. If you have hands‑on experience with sidewalks, driveways, pads, and curbs, we want to hear from you! Priority will be given to candidates with experience running or finishing behind a curb machine. Applicants must have a strong understanding of concrete pouring, finishing, and reinforcement techniques.

• Oversee and participate in concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and reinforcement.
• Operate Gomaco curb machine and/or a power curber efficiently.
• Install various types of curb, including D curb, F curb (Pitch and Catch), Miami curb, Drop curb, and E curb.
• Perform hand forming as necessary.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project deadlines.

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Hands‑on experience with sidewalks, driveways, pads, and curbs.
• Experience operating or finishing behind a curb machine.
• Strong understanding of concrete pouring, finishing, and reinforcement techniques.
