Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community‑inspired, passion‑driven individual with a can‑do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Location: Lenox at Bloomingdale, our 240‑unit luxury residential community in Riverview, FL 33578 (U.S. 301 and Bloomingdale Ave)

- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience

Responsibilities- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and the Clean Air Act
- Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
- Assist in the property's preventative maintenance plan
- Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Perform on‑call duties and occasional overtime
- High school diploma or GED; industry‑related courses preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or groundskeeper experience
- Proficiency in maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
- Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Proficient in English for communication and record‑keeping purposes
