Outside Sales Rep - Cabinetry & Millwork
We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Outside Sales Rep experienced with Cabinetry and Millwork to join an exciting new opportunity with a growing team! The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for selling a variety of styles and product models through the achievement of opportunity-based sales. The Outside Sales Rep will reach business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer and contractor sites and locations.
The Outside Sales Rep will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain professionalism, integrity, passion, and top shelf communication to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities for the Outside Sales Rep:
- Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential
- Manage sale from start to install, take field and final measurements, coordinate with contractors and trades as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Identify and develop prospects and establish new business.
- Presents estimates/proposals to new and existing customers and follows up to close sale.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Outside Sales or direct to contractor sales experience with Cabinetry and/or Millwork
- Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts
- Experienced in cabinetry design, field & final measurements
- Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cabinetry software
- Ability to recognize the clients needs and sell within the catalog of products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
