Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features and waste management systems;
Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner;
Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready;
Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests to minimize/resolve problems;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing, building codes and environmental regulations
