This full-time, on-site Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber role is based in Riverview, MI. The role involves assisting with and performing plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and related systems in residential and commercial settings. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, executing repairs, performing routine maintenance, and following safety and building code requirements. The plumber will interact with customers, explain findings and solutions, and ensure work areas are clean and organized.

The role also includes working with senior plumbers or supervisors, maintaining tools and equipment, and completing necessary documentation or service reports.

• Foundational or advanced skills in plumbing and pipe installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Experience or training in maintenance and repair tasks, including routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to concerns, and provide professional service.
• Understanding of basic safety practices, local building codes, and proper use of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to work on-site, including lifting, standing, and working in varied environments and weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and collaborate with a team; prior apprenticeship or trade school experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to pass any required background or drug screenings.
