Job Title: Project Manager, Operations
Reports to: Project Coordinator
Position OverviewThe Project Manager will be key to facilitating the transition process. The primary focus of the position is to help organize, document, pack and carry out the plan for each client’s special needs. Each PM works closely with Associates and coworkers to deliver the final product efficiently and timely while being kind, energetic and helpful to each client.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties- Understand the tasks involved in the finished project
- Determine daily projects and goals
- Bring supplies provided
- Maintain team communication (individual and group tasks daily, sharing knowledge)
- Use personal phone technology to carry out onsite tasks
- Maintain onsite progress according to the strategic plan
- Document and email personal daily hours and tasks performed
- Demonstrated desire to deliver excellent service
- Ability to understand and carry out simple instructions
- Exceptional follow up skills and commitment
- Ability to thrive in a group environment
- A self‑starting, team‑oriented person focused on consistently delivering high quality results
- Ability to contribute and foster creative ideas
- Computer and cell phone skills: must be adept for use in daily record keeping and documentation
Local travel is required to conduct the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Compensation and BenefitsCommensurate with the responsibilities and duties described above, an hourly salary for permanent part‑time or full‑time work will be determined subject to prior achievements and length of service. Employer-sponsored employee benefits include access only to group insurance. Necessary work tools will be provided including wrapping supplies, car protection pads, and simple moving aids.
