Dispute Analytics Representative
The Dispute Analytics Representative is responsible for monitoring and analyzing dispute volumes to identify and research emerging trends. A core focus involves collaboration with Global Network partners to implement strategies aimed at reducing dispute ratios, as well as actively managing and evaluating risk and customer‑impacting issues, ensuring that all findings are accurately reported to management.
Responsibilities- Completes manual adjustments, provides support to the Disputes production team, and assists with special projects as needed.
- Reviews disputed transactions to identify trends for partner education and identifying potential Risk Supervision Entities (RSE).
- Discusses identified trends—in conjunction with Dispute Policy and Operating Regulations—and communicates root‑cause analysis with observations and recommendations on best practices for reducing dispute volume on Partner Review calls.
- Compiles reports and performs in‑depth dispute case reviews for identified partners.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit card disputes processing, investigations, or analytics.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in credit card disputes processing, investigations, or analytics.
