Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team! This position is located in Riverwoods, Illinois.
Duties- Conduct audits of global and issuer websites to ensure brand and claims compliance
- Create and maintain detailed audit documentation
- Communicate findings and required updates to issuers and internal stakeholders
- Validate corrections through completion, track progress, and provide regular status reporting
- Collaborate with global partners, effectively navigating time zones and language differences
- Create, update, and retire digital content within CMS platforms, following established governance and brand guidelines
- Build and manage content within Uberflip CMS, including SEO/meta data updates, image uploads, content refreshes, removals, and redirects
- Apply basic HTML and CSS to format and troubleshoot content as needed
- Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication and updates
- Upload images with appropriate alt text, metadata, and tagging, ensuring accessibility and SEO best practices
- Implement and test redirects and code snippets; validate outcomes across environments
- Support analytics tagging and apply a basic understanding of website performance metrics
- Create, track, and manage Website Change Requests (WSCRs) in JIRA
- Validate website changes in lower environments and production (live) sites, providing formal sign-off
- Document completion of WSCRs and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Add, update, and retire content on Info Net, including playbooks, newsletters, and brand guidelines
- Create and maintain image catalogs in PowerPoint and upload approved assets to Info Net
- Ensure all content follows metadata, SEO, and accessibility standards
- Partner with stakeholders to support content requests through Service Now and SharePoint workflows
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to read and edit code
- Working knowledge of metadata, SEO principles, and accessibility best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and report findings
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong quality control and validation skills
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong project tracking and reporting capabilities
- Experience working with CMS platforms, including Service Now, SharePoint, and Uberflip
- Basic knowledge of web analytics, with the ability to interpret reports from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to inform decisions
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience using JIRA for story creation, task management, and workflow tracking
- Experience supporting global teams and collaborating across regions

The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.05 - $41.50
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
