Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects for our public sector customers
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology implementations.

Experience with
Case Management Systems is a plus. The role requires working from our Deerfield, IL office
.

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for public sector clients.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring successful project execution.
• Communicate effectively with government clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Lead Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project needs.
• Facilitate training and change management initiatives for end users.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience
  , preferably in public sector IT projects.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Management is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working with government agencies or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or MS Project.

This role is based in Deerfield, IL
