We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with hands-on development experience to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Scrum facilitation skills with a solid technical background, enabling them to guide teams, remove blockers, and contribute to discussions at a technical level.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, architects, and product owners to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Identify and remove impediments, ensuring teams can deliver high-quality increments each sprint.
• Use your development background to understand technical challenges, dependencies, and architecture discussions.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
• Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and team performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and alignment for multi-team Agile delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Agile processes while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize workflows.

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on development experience (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering principles.
• Proven experience supporting one or more development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to understand technical issues and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, or Version One.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certification preferred:
  CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master
  .

• Experience in Dev Ops environments or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Background working in fast-paced or enterprise-scale Agile teams.
• Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, XP.
• Exposure to microservices, API integrations, or modern application architecture.

• Technically savvy and comfortable discussing architecture and development challenges.
• Proactive problem-solver who removes blockers before they impact delivery.
• Strong servant leadership approach with a positive, team-first mindset.
• Able to balance Agile coaching with practical delivery needs.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and empowering engineering teams.
