Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented Senior Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Dev Sec Ops  Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise cloud platform.

You will work with stakeholders including the engineering team, Cloud Operations, Security, Compliance, and other key partners. Your primary focus will be on engineering practices to streamline software development processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud platform. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of Dev Sec Ops  tools and technologies, helping to build and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment processes.

You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including automation, infrastructure management, monitoring, and performance optimization. Your foundational understanding of application and platform engineering concepts, practices, and tools will be critical as you contribute to best practices and the optimization of platform workflows. As a Dev Sec Ops  Senior Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and deployment of our cloud platform solutions. • Support architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Implement best practices in coding with support of AI.
• Perform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.
• Conduct work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, incident management and security.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS and Azure).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.).
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions.
• Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
• Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.
• Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.
• Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Dev Sec Ops  engineering discipline, with enterprise experience preferred.
