As the Director of Client Support, you will serve as a strategic "leader of leaders," driving operational excellence and high‑touch service for our Enterprise Partner Support organization. In this senior executive role, you will champion a client‑facing team that navigates our matrixed business model to support enterprise participants. You will empower and guide a management team dedicated to seamless onboarding, continuous product enablement, and world‑class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.

• Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team

• Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors

• Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support

• Establish and sustain a well‑managed operating environment and deliver impactful results

• At least 8 years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries

• At least 5 years of people leadership and performance management experience

• Experience working within a major payment network

• 10+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries

• 7+ years of people leadership and performance management experience

Chicago, IL: $187,300 - $213,700 for Director Client Support

Riverwoods, IL: $187,300 - $213,700 for Director Client Support

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
