Job Overview

Responsibilities- Promote and enforce agile methodology and all related scrum ceremonies within an agile team.
- Ensure impediments are resolved and the team meets sprint objectives.
- Coaches the team to own and continuously improve their process and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and gather relevant data and metrics.
- Act as a servant leader, driving team discussion, collaboration, and the continuous improvement mindset.
- Attend Scrum of Scrum meetings to synchronize across teams and resolve blockers.
- Facilitate sprint release planning with Product Manager and Product Owner to determine features, sequencing, and timelines.
- Assist with backlog refinement and ensure sprint releases stay on track.
- Update sprint activities in the agile planning and execution tracking tool; provide status reporting and velocity metrics.
- Partner with other Agile community members (Scrum Masters, APMs, Agile Coaches) to drive technology-focused teams towards achieving Agile principles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management.
- 4+ years of Agile practice or related experience.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a servant leadership mindset.
- SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification (CSM, CSP‑SM).
- Project Management background.
- Software Delivery experience.
- Primarily remain in a stationary position.
- Occasionally move about the work environment to complete major responsibilities.
- Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
Base pay ranges between $77,500.00 and $, with additional incentives as part of a market-competitive total compensation package.
