Senior SAP CFIN Consultant

We are looking for an experienced with 15+ yrs of progressive experience in Implementation SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant/Lead to drive design, implementation, and support of Central Finance solutions in S/4

HANA landscapes. The role requires strong expertise in finance processes, system integration, and S/4

HANA transformations to enable real-time financial consolidation and reporting.

• Lead design and implementation of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions
• Configure and manage finance processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO within CFIN
• Support S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs leveraging Central Finance approach
• Define system architecture, mapping, and replication strategy

• Work with SLT (System Landscape Transformation) for real-time data replication
• Handle integration between ECC and S/4
  
  HANA systems
• Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation of financial data
• Collaborate with integration teams for seamless data flow

• Ensure standardization of financial processes across multiple source systems
• Work on document replication, initial load, and ongoing synchronization
• Perform financial data validation, reconciliation, and error handling

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end project lifecycle (Explore, Realize, Deploy phases)
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to SAP Activate methodology

• Work closely with business users, finance teams, and leadership
• Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs

• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support
• Ensure smooth system operations post go-live
