Senior SAP Finance; CFIN Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant/Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Central Finance solutions within S/4

HANA landscapes. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in finance processes, system integration, and SAP S/4

HANA transformation programs, enabling real-time financial consolidation and reporting.

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions
• Configure core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO within CFIN
• Support S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs leveraging the Central Finance approach
• Define system architecture, data mapping, and replication strategies
• Work with SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) for real‑time data replication
• Manage integration between SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA systems
• Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and financial data reconciliation
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow

• Standardize financial processes across multiple source systems
• Handle document replication, initial data load, and ongoing synchronization
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling
• Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data
• Lead or contribute across full project lifecycle (

  )
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology
• Drive timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Coordinate with business and technical teams
• Partner with finance stakeholders, leadership, and business users
• Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demos
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
• Ensure system stability and smooth post-go-live operations

• Contribute to prototype development, functional specifications, and release planning
• Assess financial and commercial viability of solutions
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, training programs, and product launch resources
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to refine product requirements
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performing team environment

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
• Deep knowledge of SAP Finance & Costing (FICO)
• Proven experience with S/4
  
  HANA transformations
• Expertise in SLT, data replication, and system integration
• Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
