As a Senior Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. • Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports

• Designing, developing, and managing strategy and acceptance remediation in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

• Operate with agility and bring industry best practices to the team for timely acceptance remediation

• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure remediation efforts deliver on intent

• Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive acceptance remediation

• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

• Leading a team of field managers that work on acceptance remediation

• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent sales and strategy experience, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

• Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style

• Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 8 Years of Project Management experience

• At least 1 Year of People Management experience

• Masters / MBA degree

• 9+ years of Project Management experience

• 2+ years of People Management experience

• 4+ years Sales experience

• 4+ years Payments experience

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce

• 3+ years of experience with Tableau

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem solving and influencing skills

• Experience achieving results with complex projects

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
