Principal Process Manager – Fee Billing

Oversee configuration, validation, and execution of daily fee billing processes within the settlement platform. Ensure accurate fee application across transaction types and lead initiatives to streamline billing workflows, enhance automation, and maintain compliance with pricing policies and partner agreements.

• Oversee daily intake, setup, and validation of fee billing forms.
• Ensure timely and accurate fee mapping for transactions.
• Reconcile daily outputs against internal pricing schedules and partner contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement in billing accuracy, cycle time, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fee setups with contractual terms.
• Serve as escalation point for complex billing discrepancies and pricing exceptions.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all fee setups, including contract packets, enforms, and validation logs.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior analysts and contractors, reviewing setups and offering coaching on fee standards and billing logic.
• Lead knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to desk procedures and SOPs.
• Work on projects that impact company operations; plan, design, manage, and execute projects to ensure delivery and meet priorities.
• Identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or raise them appropriately.
• Generate reports and documentation for project and billing activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Process Management experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s or MBA degree.
• Preferred:
  Minimum 7 years of Process Management experience.
