As a Product Marketing Specialist/Content Marketing Writer, you will develop compelling, strategic content that fuels customer growth, engagement, and retention. This role blends storytelling, demand generation focused content, journalism-inspired curiosity, and marketing program execution to help bring our product narratives to life. As part of the Product Marketing organization, you will craft content that elevates our message in the market—hard hitting advertising content, newsletter articles, blog posts, product stories, customer insights, and more.

You will collaborate across demand generation, product marketing, product management, customer success, and retention teams to deliver high‑quality content that drives revenue impact. The ideal candidate is a writer through and through and having a reporter’s mindset is a plus—someone who loves digging for insights, interviewing internal experts, and turning complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives. You are naturally curious, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

ESSENTIAL

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content Creation to Fuel Demand Generation & Advertising Campaigns
  • o Develop compelling copy that fuels demand generation and advertising campaigns.
  • o Focus on crafting high-impact content for digital ads, landing pages, email. campaigns, and other marketing assets that attract, engage, and convert prospects.
  • o Strong writing skills with an understanding of marketing strategy and audience psychology. Content Development & Storytelling
  • o Write newsletter articles, blog posts, and product-focused stories based on input from subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • o Conduct SME interviews to uncover insights, angles, and compelling storylines.
  • o Translate technical, product, or tax/accounting concepts into approachable, engaging content.
  • o Ensure content aligns with product marketing strategy and supports revenue and growth goals.
  • o Support ongoing operations for the Account Bulletin and similar customer communication programs, including scheduling, drafting, and proofing.
  • o Maintain and manage the content marketing editorial calendar.
  • o Assist in coordinating marketing materials, collateral updates, and campaign assets.
  • o Execute email marketing campaigns that support lifecycle, retention, and upsell initiatives.
  • o Support content preparation for launches, promotions, newsletters, and thought‑leadership moments.
  • o Work cross‑functionally with product marketing, product management, demand generation, content marketing, and customer success teams.
  • o Ensure timely delivery of content and marketing materials across multiple work streams.
  • o Track performance metrics for select content and email campaigns.
