Your Role:
  • Wound Assessment & Treatment: Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ wounds and develop individualized care plans.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Patient & Family

    Education:

    Provide guidance on wound care management, prevention strategies, and self‑care techniques.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Utilize data and best practices to optimize wound healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
What You Bring:
  • Active RN or LPN License – (Required)
  • Specialized Training or Experience in Wound Care – preferred.
  • Strong Clinical & Critical Thinking Skills – to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities – for patient education and collaboration.
  • A Compassionate, Patient‑Centered Approach – to care.
