Are you a project manager with a penchant for luxury? We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry.

This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee the development of high-end, luxury residential properties. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion. If you have a passion for creating beautiful, luxurious spaces and the ability to manage complex projects, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential construction projects.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Developing comprehensive project schedules and monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are met.
4. Solving any issues that arise during the construction process, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure that projects remain on track.
5. Communicating regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
6. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating any necessary corrective actions.
8. Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
9. Leading project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that all team members are working towards the same goals.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
3. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and devise effective solutions.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
5. Expertise in scheduling, with the ability to develop comprehensive project timelines and monitor progress towards milestones.
6. Proficiency in relevant software, such as Procore
7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
10. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
