Set up and safely operate a variety of machine tools, including a 200-ton press, 40-ton press, threading units, Bridgeport stations, Piranha Ironworkers, and various miter/band saws;
Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and raw materials to produce high-quality precision parts to exact specifications;
Verify the dimensions and alignment of finished work pieces and assemblies against blueprints and specification sheets to ensure zero failures;
Perform basic preventative maintenance on your equipment and monitor machine operations to catch and adjust for any malfunctions;
Fit and assemble component parts into finished, completed assemblies
