Security Officer - Part Time Plant

Allied Universal - Up to $19.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and reporting concerns through established channels.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or irregular conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify identification and/or work authorization as required, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in processes according to site procedures.;
Complete routine reports and activity logs, communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support security-related operations as assigned.
