Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, access points, and perimeter zones, as conditions vary by site;
Monitor access to utility-related facilities and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity;
Support daily operations by observing equipment areas, reporting unusual conditions, and communicating clearly with clients, visitors, and/or emergency responders as needed
