You must also be hands-on as you will be required to help punch out, move materials, etc. on an as-needed basis.

Job description:

To provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction or renovation projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing different groups of sub-contractors.
