Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent with a proven background in healthcare construction. This individual will oversee field operations on projects within active healthcare environments while maintaining strict safety, infection control, scheduling, and quality standards. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience Extensive healthcare construction experience required Experience working in occupied facilities Understanding of ICRA procedures and healthcare construction protocols Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills Ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and project teams
