Manager - Project Control

Job Description Overview

The Manager Project Controls is responsible for overseeing integrated planning, scheduling, cost control and performance monitoring across all contracts ensuring alignment with program objectives and supporting informed decision‑making by the Employer.

• Monitor contractor schedules, progress and milestones ensuring alignment with approved plans and program timelines.
• Oversee cost control forecasting and budget tracking across multiple contracts and work streams.
• Validate contractor reporting ensuring accuracy of progress, cost and performance data.
• Identify schedule delays, cost risks and performance deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide integrated dashboards, reporting and strategic insights to support Employer decision‑making.

7+ years experience in project controls, planning, cost control or program management in infrastructure/transport projects.

Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project), cost control systems and reporting frameworks. Experience working in multi‑contract or PMC environments.

Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
