Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Administrator to join our team at Star Services LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related field is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
