We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Opertaions General Administrator to support a leading Events & Entertainment organization in Riyadh. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, administrative efficiency, and seamless coordination across departments, enabling the team to deliver high-quality live events and entertainment productions.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a professional approach, and preferably experience in the events or entertainment sector, supporting dynamic teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Support event planning and production teams with scheduling, coordination, and logistical tasks.
- Maintain records, databases, and reports accurately and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operational execution.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and basic financial reporting as required.
- Organize meetings, travel, and event-related arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office systems efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in events, entertainment, or live productions highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
