Position: Executive Assistant - Residential (RES7)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the real estate development within the Residential division. This vital role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across various stakeholders. You will be instrumental in enhancing productivity and efficiency, contributing significantly to our commitment to building exceptional communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Schedule Management:
    Proactively manage and prioritise calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Liaison:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and managing correspondence with a high degree of discretion.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and presentations for meetings. Attend meetings to take notes and track action items.
  • Project Support:
    Provide high-level support on special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Document Management:
    Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.
