Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
- Prepare reports, official correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Support management with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Monitor administrative budgets, expenses, and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
- Support audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in KSA.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
