Marketing & Admin Executive ( Saudi National

Al Alamiya for Machinery is seeking a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing & Admin Executive to support our Land & Marine Technologies division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role plays a critical function in supporting lead generation activities, proposal coordination, CRM discipline, and internal sales administration to ensure structured pipeline management and measurable business growth across Marine, Geospatial, Machine Control, and Mining technology segments.

• Support execution of lead generation campaigns and industry events (Mining, Construction, Marine & Geospatial sectors)
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure disciplined tracking of sales opportunities and pipeline activity.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, meeting schedules, and follow-ups with sales and operations teams.
• Develop customer case studies, presentations, and sales support documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation flow, compliance records, and internal reporting structure.
• Prepare and maintain weekly activity reports and performance dashboards.
• Support proposal compilation and submission process in coordination with sales team.
• Maintain organized marketing collateral library and ensure updated technical materials

• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant marketing/administrative experience
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales process tracking, preferably Sales Force.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, heavy equipment, marine, or geospatial solutions
• Ability to coordinate effectively between Sales, Operations, and Management
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Based in Riyadh or Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
